Future star academy WF upgrade gone wrong

I was giving my future star hall the WF UPGRADE (2WF 1SM) After I finish every upgrade. My player is only showing 4/4 is it a bugged???

I tried to find ways to send a ticket to EA but the stupid website don’t allow you do so without doing a tons **bleep** of useless thing. 

anyone have the same issue? Is there anyway we can get hold of this brain dead communities
