    The game team confirmed that this is working as designed and active EVO players do not have the required rarity to complete the objective.

It turns out it doesn't work when the FS Academy player is in an active EVO, despite the objective stating otherwise.

      That seemed to work for me yeah, though I can't say whether it'll work for everyone.
