The game team confirmed that this is working as designed and active EVO players do not have the required rarity to complete the objective.

My future Star evolution is stuck at 88 as a green evolution and hasn’t gone back to future Star after completing the required challenges and now it isn’t showing up as a future Star evolution. Help plz to fix this issue.
