Usually, when objectives expire, completed objective rewards automatically get claimed. Just restart the game and check the objective section again. Or verify your unassigned pile of store.
I already did all this not sure what to do anymore
If you are sure you completed the objective and still haven't received it, then try approaching EA help - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/
They usually deals with missing items.
