Game Freezes and kicks me out before I even get to play

This has been happening to me for weeks now, I have contacted support and ofc, no response. I am reaching out to the community because maybe other people are experiencing the problem. The game works ...

Hi there. Try changing up your stadium. I saw others with this issue and the stadium was the problem. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Hey!
Unfortunately changing the stadium doesn’t work, reinstalling the game doesn’t work, resetting WiFi doesn’t work. Just played a game of Rush and it kicked me out of UT and sends me the below image:

  What platform are you playing on? Also, can you switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?

    I’m using a ps5 and am using a wired connection (have also tried wireless), this isn’t a WiFi issue as it’s happening to many other people (please see other threads) this is a EA server issue or a recent update issue.
    I’ve never had this problem before it’s only started in these last few days.
