Cheaters being present in the new EA FC 26
I’m posting this to share my experience and hopefully get some visibility on an issue that’s been completely ignored by EA support. I subscribed to EA Play Pro specifically to play EAFC 26, and I’ve spent additional real money on FUT Draft. Despite EA’s patch notes promising improved anti-cheat, I’ve faced rampant cheating in online matches especially in Draft mode. It’s beyond frustrating. I’ve submitted video proof of five separate matches showing opponents using exploits or third-party tools. These games were unplayable and resulted in unfair losses. I raised this via live chat, and the rep told me to “give it some time” and that someone would follow up. That never happened. What makes this worse is that bonus content and paid entries are consumed before you even know you’re facing a cheater. You only discover the cheating once the match starts — by then, your Draft token or coins are gone. That should absolutely matter when evaluating refund eligibility. Under the Goods and Services Act 1982, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. EAFC 26 fails to meet this standard. The product is not fit for purpose, nor does it match EA’s own description. I’ve requested a refund for my EA Play Pro subscription for this month. If EA doesn’t resolve this, I’ll be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback under consumer protection.

In need of urgent help from Ea management… I am having trouble accessing the servers in FC 25. My case number is #221356287. I have already contacted EA Help support but the issue still persists. I’ve been told to post this here. Here are the details: - Platform: PS5 - My EA ID: MoorbeyyRTG - Description: I cannot connect to the servers and the game freezes after attempting to log in. I have already tried all troubleshooting steps suggested by the support team (resetting connection, disabling VPN, clearing cache, deleted the game re-installed etc.) but nothing worked. I was 3-1 up at half time against [Edit - CM] when odd things started to happen in the second half. First when I kicked off, my game screen randomly froze for “bad connection” when both mine and his signals were perfectly fine in the first half, then when I get back on, they get the ball, my players are caught and it’s 3-2. Then when it was 3-3, I noticed that the same defenders they had, had suddenly sped up pace wise, making it near impossible for me to win equally. EA, this sort of behaviour cannot go unnoticed and unpunished, I just wrongly lost a game in a scandalous manner. [Edit - CM] was clearly using a method of sabotage so they could win. I tried to report him via the ea connect section but it only reports names on ID, so I’m instead making a forum to address what happened.Need my rewards
I have bought fc26 ultimate edition as pre order 4 days ago and still haven’t received the items which included on my purchased which are Early bird 99 SHO and pick player icon for Fc25 can I at least have them before the fut champions today??? The game will be ended soon. It’s unfair EA!!!
