Banned on FC25 for alleged Coin Distribution
Just about yesterday on 7/17/2025 I was banned on FC25 for alleged coin distribution. First of all I have never purchased or profited off of selling FC coins yet alone I don’t even know how to purchase them. I was trading fifa cards specifically shapeshifters Foden, Coman, and Marquinhos where I priced these cards based on the current market and I would purchase at low prices and list them back for maybe 50-60k above the market. According to the email, doing this doesn’t break any TOS so I am assuming I was flagged as this is just trading within the transfer market. I have spoken to TOS and EaHelp Live Chat several times yet my appeals have always been unsuccessful. One of the live chat agents advised me to create a forum which is what I am doing right now. I am completely loss as I have spent hundreds of dollars, hours, and sweat into this game just for it to be taken away from me in a blink of an eye. I am completely innocent and have even PROVIDED THEIR TOS WITH MY BANK STATEMENTS, yet they still denied me. They haven’t even showed me proof or given me proof of why I was banned. I am completely loss and just want my UT back, what next steps can I do? Thank youalways kicks me mid game
when I'm playing singleplayer or multiplayer draft, around minute 75-85 it always says, "error with your request" and kicks me out of ultimate team, so it shows that I lost the game, even though I can be winning like 5-0, it's happened twice already and that's a loss of 30k coins, which is a lot for me since I am barely starting out, can I get my 30k refund or any solutions?
Whats up with cheaters?
I am going to write a long paragraph expressing deeply what I saw with my bare eyes... So since the Futties update, I played only 5 games in fut champs. 3 of them I played against were hacking, 2 of them came in a row. Like I dont understand EA they are giving awards for playing champs in objectives and then making cheaters control my game so I can't get my awards, is this a troll or what? The game is unplayable anyways this is a big fall down. Not only bugs ,glitches and unreasonable new gameplay that made it worst. This sounds childish but I would like to be recompensed. Seriously this is bs you have once again destroyed the game forget matchmaking, forget updating players, forget this game period yall have no idea what tf your doing and screw it up on a weekly basis. you did not fix tackling, you did not fix passing you didn’t do anything but mess the gameplay up, why when I have 3 bars on passes it chooses to go to the player right next to me slow af, your game is delayed I press pass or shoot and then 5 moves later then it decides to do that input all of this wasn’t happening before yall did another update on a game you don’t give af about. Enough is enough let us play without yall messing it up every week like it’s insane your a billion dollar company and can’t get a single game right. So trash. And no all my setting are right I have almost 3000 games played this year elite player and I notice this **bleep** on the daily it’s not a skill issue nor is it a connection issue or settings issue it is a you issue and just give it up yall suck.

matchmaking sucks either enemy is actual sweats or pure pace abusers and OVR heavy 97+(friendlies, rivals, champs, rush, etc.) animation sucks (running on ice, players fumbling on pitch) overall gameplay sucks (all sweats, nothing to actually do rather than SBC, evo, market, pack openings) trash wrapped in a game nb: got matched in 2 vs 1. good job for the matchmaking. please repackage the same game next year again. please i beg. you read that right. even buying this game on sale feels like a scamUrgent Complaint: Promotion and Sale of Game Cheating Tools on TikTok
