I’m using a ps5 and am using a wired connection (have also tried wireless), this isn’t a WiFi issue as it’s happening to many other people (please see other threads) this is a EA server issue or a recent update issue.
I’ve never had this problem before it’s only started in these last few days.
Have you tried creating a new lineup and using that one instead?

Hi,
Yes I’ve tried this. I’m sorry I really don’t want or waste your time here but I’ve done everything, this isn’t an issue my end this is a server issue or a EA issue - is there anything you can do your end instead of just suggesting small in game changes e.g (changing my stadium..).

As a test, try changing your connection to a mobile hotspot. Let's see if that connects.
Also, I assume you went through these power cycling steps?- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
