yeah that sucks, based on posts ive seen loads of people have had similar issues, esp with the final ones when rushing to complete them and its claimed all, or like yourself its lagged or d/ced and auto picked the wrong one.

I could only suggest you recover Florenzi via the web/phone app from your quick sold pile then contact EA and ask them to swap them over, but as you said you already spoke to them I guess its a no
