They always say they aren’t aware and troubleshoot your connection lmao like bro I got the fastest **bleep** WiFi this doesn’t happen on any game but Fc25 

If you are on wifi that’s likely causing the problem. It’s not as stable as being wired. 

Wireless is an unstable connection that is far more susceptible to disconnects and lag than a wired connection. Your speed can be the fastest on the plant. That doesn't matter so much if the connection isn't stable.

Can you look into this and get me an answer? I keep getting matched to a gold rare team in rivals and Champs finals. then gets disconnected after kick off. can't get my rivals' points or play my finals games due to this. Please see the attachment.
