Game froze during pause. Fix this and give me the win.

Hey EA,

During my last match, the game suddenly paused and the pause never ended. The match got stuck and I couldn’t continue playing, even though I was clearly winning. This is total bull**bleep** that because of your glitch I’m supposed to lose or get screwed over.

I’m asking you to give me the win for that match, since this was completely out of my control and you clearly ruined the game experience.
