Game is unplayable

I’ve broken my next controller over this awful game. I can’t use any of the inputs whilst playing, including passing, shooting, changing player and crossing, gameplay feels awful. Theres active delays in my controls and my players will all run in the opposite direction so I can’t use them when I spam the change player button to take control of them. I can’t tackle either. I thought it might be me, but I can’t use controls on the menus either, so it’s the game. Thanks EA for making what should be a relaxing out after stressful hours at work into something that genuinely makes me never want to buy any of your awful ‘games’ ever again.
