[Xbox Cloud Gaming] Season pass service unavailable

I've starting playing EA FC 25 (Xbox Series S/X edition) on Xbox Cloud Gaming. My EA account is linked with Xbox and it logs in successfully, but whenever I attempt to see the season pass it tells me the season pass service is unavailable and it's been like that for the past few days since I started playing the game. In the mobile companion app I also can't access FC HUB.

What can I do?
