Game pass not working (unavailable)for 2 months straight

So this started when I started the game the second time in cloud gaming and I normally play on cloud gaming so it was a weird thing for me I give it 2 weeks to work and I even change to the Xbox one version and still it didn’t work I contacted ea support after 2 weeks and they did nothing and they said there is nothing they could do so I waited for 2 more weeks and when I reached out again they said the same thing and it was a waste of time (it took the guy 5 mint per massage to answer ) then I emailed them and they said the same thing but this time they told me to post on here hopefully I get an answer.
