Games gone due to server failure

I was playing the new ‘immortality league’ for the 92 Maldini card. As I was on 24 wins with 3 games remaining I was disconnect for all 3 games and now I’ve lost them and so I’m not able to obtain the Maldini card. Is there anything I can do about this? I’ve reached out to EA HELP and they said I needed to start the discussion to get answers, but I don’t know if this will even help one tiny bit. Please help me out.

    If you play to many or to fast you can hit the security limits.  It’s like when you do to many sbcs or search the market to fast. It will make all your games end with a dnf. Not sure if that’s what’s happening.

    Happened me too. So silly that it happens. They won’t do anything as per usual and we’ve both just missed out on Maldini now sadly
