Getting kicked after completing games

I’ve won many games where this happens and it says I’ve quit and gives me a loss. It happens in squad battles as well wasting my time trying to get elite 2. It’s impossible to complete objectives, it wastes loan cards, I literally won my promotion match to division 4 but as soon as the game finished it booted me out. I’m on xbox series s
