Are you getting kicked out right as the match ends? Before this happened, did you leave a lot of games in a short space of time?yes

It sounds like you've gotten a soft ban, and they typically last around 24 hours. I'd just ignore UT for a little bit to make sure that it expires properly. i have same issue. i haven't left many matches. and it's also have been 24h where can i send message about it ? i am legit player. and i bought many fc points to play game and i can't i just built my team
We paid for the ultimate edition to play this game it’s a joke to not be able to play it for 24 hours due to playing no too much

My problem is that if I enter the ultimate team, it kicks me out of the entire game.
