My ea fc 25 account has been hacked and I have lost players and coins

@samus8622 yea, also I had 250k and It disappeared like 5 tradeable players, with al of that, I have lost almost 800k coins, and I don’t understand how can I talk with a person to solve this, because I do all the things that the articles of ea help saids to talk with someone and I finish here and I don’t know what to do
@Lukero123 Click on the game and select hacked account. I’m sure that’s what I did. I’ve still no update on my case though it’s been 18 hours or so since I opened the case
@samus8622 @Yea but I click there and click on strat a chat, I have completed this formulary and it sends me to the place of the 2nd photo, to the beginning
- @Lukero123 I’ve seen a few people have the same issue. If your using your phone maybe try using desktop site. Or if you have a pc try it on there
what does desktop means, or where is that?, sorry because I speak Spanish and I don’t understand
