My ea fc 25 account has been hacked and I have lost players and coins

@Lukero123 Click on the game and select hacked account. I’m sure that’s what I did. I’ve still no update on my case though it’s been 18 hours or so since I opened the case
@samus8622 @Yea but I click there and click on strat a chat, I have completed this formulary and it sends me to the place of the 2nd photo, to the beginning
- @Lukero123 I’ve seen a few people have the same issue. If your using your phone maybe try using desktop site. Or if you have a pc try it on there
what does desktop means, or where is that?, sorry because I speak Spanish and I don’t understand
- @Lukero123 Depends what phone your using. Where you type in your web browser is a button that say Aa click that and the option is in there
