It is not a solution , I already reported tenth of such players, but you are not solving the core issue, which is cheating. 

My question : do you have any cheating detecting tools in place ? 

hackers are paying money to get unfair games and let us know what are doing to fight them.

EA_Barry  There's also the problem of EA not doing anything once we have reported them. I've reported blatant hackers only to get a reply from EA to say that you found nothing wrong!

If EA can't figure out how the hackers are cheating, why not sign up for one of the hacks / cheats, use it, figure out how they work, reverse engineer it and implement the fix. 

If they cant even get good servers to make the game playable,  how show they be able to have a working anticheat? the game is a joke, it feels lika im playing a different game every day. 

Telling us here to report unfair and abusive things, when only thing abusive and unfair here is EA. You sir shoud be ashamed of yourselfe to work for them, no disrespect.

How do you use constructive and positive language with someone who behaves like we are complete morons?

I just ran into a player that started using hacks late in the game. Their players moving like they're on crack even though their stamina is completely depleted with no slowing at all. My GK moving 10 seconds late or the ball goes right through his chest. Once they went up, pauses the game for the full time and then his players are back to normal and it's too late to try and tie or win. EA doesn't do anything about cheaters because now, that's their main core of players. They already lost $6 billion from FC25 and Dragon Age, they wont start punishing a majority of their player base for cheating and lose even more money.

Really, this is your answer? Not something like we are investigating it but it's difficult to fix this without having major updates? 

You have been provided so many examples already.  Go watch you tube, plenty of examples for you.

Aren't you ashamed of that reaction? don't you have standards?

Go do your job and help the community as a community manager should do instead of this.

and for the dev:

 hello an ingame button so when many people press it you know that you have to investigate a player. Really not that difficult to add a button which when pressed it adds an possible fraud event line to your database. Then add a monitoring script on top of it. 

We all fully understand that not every press is investigated. But when a somebody is reported for 10 games of 15 in champs you might want to start investigating.
