Hacking/Cheating situation in EAFC 25 Ultimate Team PC

Dear EA FC 25 TEAM,

Dear EA Community Guides,

In an act of desperation I'm once again turning to this Answers HQ.

My central question is: Are you AWARE of the current situation/state of EA FC 25 Ultimate Team on PC regarding the insane amount of hacking/cheating thats going on?

If YES: Are you currently working on fixing this mess by releasing a SUBSTANTIAL update to the basically non-existent EAAntiCheat software?

If NO here is a rough description of the history AND current situation of EAFC 25 UT Champs on PC: The past few versions of EAFC/FIFA Ultimate Team on PC always had problems with players/accounts (especially at a good FUT Champs record, f.e. 10-0) being able to disconnect the game right after kick-off resulting in a win for the hacker/cheater and a no-contest disconnection for the opponent. In the coommunity this so called "no-loss glitch" is suspected to be used by loads of accounts to farm coins to sell them on 3rd party markets. Its basically a virtual economy that has been built inside the game on an illegal (hacking) foundation. This in itself led to an unacceptable state of UT Champs on PC the past few years. The only "upside" was: Victims of the "no-loss glitch" didn't recieve a loss and could repeatedly queue matches in Champs until they eventually found a non-hacking opponent.

Now to EAFC 25 UT Champions on PC: The current state of the gamemode can only be described by this term: UNPLAYABLE AND OUT OF CONTROL. There are still the same amount of "no-loss glitchers" that you encounter especially often at a good champs record. ADD to that further variations of hacking that occur now which even result in a loss if you get queued against them. F.e. hackers are currently able to: Disconnect opponents out of the game and wining the match, manipulating the opponent's team stats like making there players unmoveable or being able to completely control the opponents team at the same time, so they're able to win easily.

We're at a point where RANK 1 (15 Wins) has become virtually impossible to achieve on PC because you are guaranteed to face a hacker/cheater sooner or later. The connected issue with this is that the transfermarket on PC is completely broken. Coin farming through hacking has hyper-inflated the market for players like Gold Mbappé who is extinct at max price of 5 million coins because people start buying coins illegally on 3rd market plattforms (which is by the way a breach of your terms of service as far as I am aware of).

Hackers/Cheating are completely breaking the whole Ultimate Team gamemode right now on PC. At this point I could even understand people calling for a refund of the game because parts of it are (and have been) unplayable for an extended period of time now, without any official communication by EA. Whatever the EAAntiCheat is supposed to prevent, IT DOESN'T WORK. FIX THIS MESS.

As I asked before: Are the devs even aware about what's going on on PC (bc sometimes you'd think they're not) and what is being done to fix this? Or are we going to be stuck with this state of the game until september '25?

I can't even report all the cheaters/hackers I'm facing in one FUT Champions competition on a weekend through the EA App because they're to many... Are reports via the EA App even reviewed/checked or can I just leave it because it doesn't matter?

@Adjuru I also spent 3000usd on this game but I can't do anything about the hacks and cheats. I want a refund.

You can see this influx of cheaters in the transfer market, low tier golds that get packed tradable alot have crashed. And high tier out of packs cards are way more expensive. For example Putellas rush is 1.9 million on console whereas on pc she is extinct at 3.8 mil

@Adjuru the fact all the big meta players are extinct and all lower tier meta have crashed is proof of this, the past 5 years on pc haven't been too bad but this year its mad. makes most icons unreachable and most top tier cards unreachable. the fact this hasn't even been addressed by anyone at EA is awful...

@Adjuru I'd be surprised if you'll get any substantial answer on this post. Its incompetence at this point. Or lack of care. No communication. And lets all hope at some point this ignorance will bite them.

Im currently 4-5, I don't know if im just trash but every player I face in Champions on PC just shoots from anywhere, pass from anywhere, or basically do anything in perfetion, im in Division 2, so I don't believe my record this year should be 5 anything when last year I could comftarbly do pretty good.

I put a post up last week about the cheating/hacking and still haven’t had an answer.

What bugs me more, if the roles were reversed and people were getting free FC points for financial gain, they’d patch it straight away.

Honestly the community deserves better from this billion dollar company.

In some good news, they’ve banned a load of hackers today. But it won’t make much of a difference, people just buy accounts and go again

I mean, anyone reading this post that cheats on this game (any game) read this... you are rubbish at the game. You are a lame human, you are sad, probably a total scum bag in real life. You are the loser among the geuine players. Even if you win a match your a scumbag. You are a sad individual who gets a thrill out of cheating with no skill requirements. And whats more embarrassing is that you buy video games to not even play them properly. I mean just how lame can you get.
EA, Sony and Microsoft need to work together to take these punks down.

How do I report someone?
Just played someone who was playing with boosted pace and for some reason everytime he got the ball my whole screen went Jerky. He was one of those players who did not play any kind of football. It was skill after skill and then a chip up and volley. He also didn't seem to try and score even when I was leading 2-1. Then guess what... the game errors and gives me a out of sync message. I thought great game won't count after leading. Oh no. It gave him a 3-0 win.
What a joke of a game. This is the worst I have seen it.
Just let Xbox and PlayStation players play each other and exclude PC. No interest in playing PC players. Absolute joke.
I have screen shots of their record. It was a diabolical experience.
What a great shame.
JUST HOW ON EARTH ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH EDITING THE GAME AND THEN PLAYING WITH CHEATS AGAINST CONSOLE PLAYERS.
XBOX AND PLAYSTATION USERS WOULD BE HAPPY TO PLAY EACHOTHER AND EXCLUDE PC - SORRY, YOUR ALL GETTING DUMPED IN THE SAME BRACKET.
EDIT - IF YOU ONLY WANT TO PLAY AGAINST CONSOLE ONLY AND DO NOT WISH TO TURN OFF CROSSPLAY - WHEN YOU GO INTO A MATCH PAUSE RIGHT AWAY THEN PRESS X ON XBOX AND SQUARE ON PS - YOU WILL THEN SEE OPPONENT PLATFORM - THEN QUIT OR PROCEED - QUITTING BEFORE KICK OFF DOES NOT COUNT AS A DEFEAT.

@Adjuru These hackers have also infiltrated the pro clubs section by making every single player 99 rated and every play style gold...it is becoming an epidemic of epic proportion and is taking the fun out of the game

There was a massive wave of bans at the weekend. If you look at the leaderboards, you can see that many names that were there before are no longer on the list. EA is taking the issue of hacking very seriously at the moment. It has also been heavily publicized on Twitter/X in recent weeks by streamers who have obviously been playing against cheaters.
