Haven’t received the proper reward of Thuram sbc

I just have completed one of the 90-rated squad challenge of Lilian Thuram on the FC25 web app, but I haven't received the reward yet.

To make sure whether I really clicked the submit button, I checked my SBC storage and players’ conditions and found those players who were used to complete the challenge like the 91-rated Nnadozie and Rodri have all disappeared.

I am not sure whether it is a bug, anyway it is annoying to meet it.
