"Hello EA Support, I accidentally submitted my main team to an SBC. Can you help

Hello EA Support,

I am contacting you regarding an issue with my team in EA FC 25. By mistake, I submitted my entire main team in an SBC (Squad Building Challenge). I didn't intend to lose my players, and I am very disappointed as I invested a lot of time and effort building this team.

Is there any possibility to reverse this action and recover my players? I understand this might not always be possible, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
