Help Needed: Entire Team Submitted to SBC by Brother

Hello,

I’m reaching out for assistance after an unfortunate situation. Following an argument with my younger brother, he accessed my EA FC account and submitted my entire team, including my high-rated players, into the Gold Upgrade SBC. To make things worse, he used my coins to open packs.

I’ve put countless hours into building my team and grinding for these players, and this situation has been incredibly disheartening. Is there any way to recover my lost players or undo these actions? I’d really appreciate any help or advice on how to resolve this.

    I'm sorry to hear that you've lost your hard-earned team and coins. I understand how frustrating that must be. Unfortunately, we cannot revert any in-game transactions, and there is no way to undo a Squad Building Challenge (SBC) submission.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response. I understand that in-game transactions cannot be reverted and that SBC submissions are final. However, I have screenshots of my team and players before this incident. Would it be possible to use this as proof to restore the same players to my account?

    I’ve spent a lot of time building my squad, and this situation has been extremely frustrating. I’d appreciate any help or consideration you can offer.

    In this case you will be told  you should have better protected your account.

    Many people over the years have  rage submitted their clubs into SBCs and bought packs with their coins. 

    Then in regret, having not got anything decent from the packs, claim it was done by someone else. It is almost impossible to differentiate between the legit and illegitimate cases.
