HELP!! UT menu freeze

it's been more than a month with this issue. Everytime I want to perform an action in the menu wheter that is searching for an oponnent, trying to apply a chemistry mode, leaving a game and returning to the menu, entering evos, sending items to my club, searcing players or consumables. IT FREEZES, the menu freezes for 2-3 minutes with the FC25 logo below the screen loading, after it works again I just need to move around and the menu for a couple of minutes and it happens again.

I've deleted the game and reinstall, back up and erase game data and it does not work. Anyone know what to do? I've written here in forums before with no help
