I bought fc25 points from playstation store cuz it was not available in game store
so when I opened the game it dose not show up

That 1 means that the points haven't been transferred yet. I'd wait the 24 hours to see if they transfer by themselves, but if you still don't have them by then, you'll need to reach out to PlayStation support for help.

Community ManagerSometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the points to show up on your account. But just to check: if you go to your Services screen and check the purchase there (Settings > Users And Accounts > Payment and Subscriptions > Games and apps services > GAME), does it say 1 next to Remaining?
