same here this company is unbelievable

- Summary of Issue: I opened the base icon pack and i got a hero, and now a ton of people getting compensated and i didn't get it yet.
My son to who spent his birthday money on the pack 😔 is there anyway at all of actually contacting EA to highlight their errror(s) ??
