HERO PACK?

IM PRE ORDER THE GAME, JUST GOT IN TO THE WEBAPP, I DID NOT RECIVE ANY HERO PACK, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY? AND YES I ORDERED THE BEFORE 20 AUGUST

    You can only get the Untradeable Hero Player Item if you pre-ordered EA SPORTS FC™ 25 before August 21, 2024, at 4 PM UTC.

@ch111um I will check with the EA employees for an answer. For now, it's very possible the rewards have a delay -- hopefully you'll get them soon!

    No rewards for me its been 90 minutes since launch on xbox UK lol...

    just missing hero pack can you ask EA please?
