HERO PACK?

IM PRE ORDER THE GAME, JUST GOT IN TO THE WEBAPP, I DID NOT RECIVE ANY HERO PACK, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY? AND YES I ORDERED THE BEFORE 20 AUGUST

    You can only get the Untradeable Hero Player Item if you pre-ordered EA SPORTS FC™ 25 before August 21, 2024, at 4 PM UTC.

I started on the web app as soon as it opened and nowhere to be found my hero pack, it's seems that is happening only to pc players no?
