Hidden Blockers for Evolutions. Deceptive by EA

Evolution keeps kicking me out and not wanting to let me access it on a certain card.

The Evolution is Glow Up, and I used a lower rated card that was evolved prior to that.
 Despite lack of restrictions, it seems to block certain cards which is deceiving behaviour by EA. Wasted my time trying it.

Fix it before the evolution expires!
