How do you report players coin transferring?

Hi I was just wondering if it's at all possible? I've played against a player there (I've got his PSN but unsure if allowed to post) and he's just bought a whole team of the best players, none of them first owner and clearly just one of those coin transferring gimps.  Still couldn't beat me but these players need gone. Cruyff FS, Ronaldo 95, Vini TOTY, Dembele TOTS, Van Dijk TOTS etc etc.  Can't be bothered with it.

Is there an actual process to report or do they just get left alone?
