I did the bronze and silver milestones with my brother yesterday and got soft banned at 11:50pm. Usually only lasts an hour and even then I can play other game modes like rush fine.
But after my soft ban last night I couldn't even play rush and it is now 11am and I am still soft banned. What a stupid mechanic that is by the way

Me to after I finish the match even if i win the match they consider it dnf in evry game mode

I also played the bronze and silver matches on Saturday evening with my friend. We both got banned at 10:00 PM.
His ban expired the next morning, but I'm still banned, and now it's Wednesday at 8:15 PM.
I can play matches, but at the end of every match, I get kicked out of UT. I also can't change my team without getting kicked out.
I’ve contacted EA support, but they’re not responding. It just says "In Progress" on my ticket.
Now I've missed half of the time I paid an extra 30 euros for. Great game.
