How to Claim my preordered FC25 Ultimate?

I ordered the FC25 Ultimate, and now I get a Game trial icon in my PS5 lib. When I open the trial, it asks me to subscribe even though I paid for the game. Do I need to get an EA Subscription too to access the game?

    bought the ultimate edition entered my code and everything was fine but i cant see the game in my library,,,,

    i got my fp on the webapp but cant download the game,,,

    Game Library, Your Collection.
