On March 26, 2025, I bought 1050 FC25 points on Steam , but now these points still do not appear in my account.

A few people are having the same issue and EA are currently looking into it.
I know this thread，and I've been tracking it，however， I saw that other players contacted EA through EA-Help and got their points, and the Steam also required me to contact EA through EA-Help in order to refund me, because the Steam said it was not their question.
But I can not contact EA through EA-help, I want to know how to contact EA, I am tired, don’t want to wait anmore，in a few days, a very important EVO is due, and I don't want to miss it。
It's crazy its still happening, imagine if it was the other way around and EA was not getting the money but people was getting points, it would be fixed within seconds 🤔 at the bare minimum they would disable being able to purchase FC points until they had fixed it so they didnt lose money off there billion dollar pile.
I love how even though they know there is a massive unfixed issue they are still allowing people to buy more points just to go through the same problem.
