I’m dissatisfied and frustrated

So Sony decided to ban my psn account no fault of mine it was due to fraudulent payments on my account someone hacked and got my bank details and spent money I went to the bank to get the payments back which they successfully did but PlayStation proceeded to ban my account as they said it was a chargeback even though I didn’t authorise the payments anyway I made a new psn account and I bought fc 25 again I went to log in to my account but it was already linked to my banned psn account I spoke to a ea advisor and they managed to link my new psn to my old ea account but it gets worse when I loaded to game all my ultimate team had been wiped all my players gone no coins no team nothing it’s like I had to start over so how is that fair I spent thousands building my team as I compete in fut champions and ea saying they can’t do anything how is this fair i will upload pics of my team before and after they linked it to my new psn and now its been wiped please share and upvote this i need something to be done
