I’ve missed my season 8 all objectives rewards.

Hello, I’ve missed my season 8 all objectives rewards. also bought the premium pass. And all premium pass rewards kept it for futties. But after launching new season 9. Those rewards are gone. And still didn’t get it. 

so what should i do now?
