I accidentally purchased Points on FC 24 Instead of FC 25

I have bought fc24 from an external seller (Argos) which I had bought on accident thinking they was fc25 points and only realised after redeeming the code on my console. When I set up my fc25 account I had pressed transfer my points from fc24 (which was only 50points) I since have bought 12,000 points which was for fc24 (I thought they was fc25) but now Ea help are saying that they can not transfer them as the transfer from fc24 to 25 is a one time only thing… Argos will not refund me as they have already been redeemed on my console and only EA can help, which they are not helping… what the heck can I do to ge them onto my fc25 account instead of them being useless on my fc24 account which I no longer play anymore!!
