I accidentally purchased Points on FC 24 Instead of FC 25
I accidentally purchased FC 24 points from my PS app instead of FC 25 points. How Can I transfer them or refund?

I had 5k points left over from fc 24 ready for fc 25 but I was never given the option to transfer them and it has been 6 days. Anyone have any suggestions?
After transferring my balance from Fc24 to 25 I accidently bought a code for points which was for FC24 and not FC25, now I have 5900 points on my Fc24 account and I am unable to transfer these. It seems impossible to get onto a live chat with anyone, as I already have created a case via email but my last response I was given was on Friday? and that just told me to wait....
really , really poor help.
