I am missing the 1 of 4 W2 FUTTIES (inc. I/H) pick after i got the 11 wins

Long story short i got my 11th win last night at 3:01am est, a minute after the competition ended. My game completely froze after showing I got the win and transporting me back to ultimate team from the match. I restarted my game. It mentioned I had rewards to claim, and it only gave me the Klose card and not the "1 of 4 W2 FUTTIES (inc. I/H)". Opened the other packs and crashed the game, hoping it would reappear, but nothing.
