I deliberately didnt claim my level 35 pick of Leao or 90x6 so i could save the 90x6 pack for futties and because i thought if i redeemed it early i would accidentally open it. Now the new pass has come out and the old has gone and the level 35 pick is not on my account anymore! Please help!

You must claim all season pass rewards before the season ends, if not, you no longer can control your option picks. However, you should have the reward in your account automatically, so have you checked to see which reward it selected for you? Meaning do you have Leão? If not, then you should have the pack.

ah that would make sense (unfortunately as i didnt want leao 😂) but i have just checked my club and definitely dont have leao but nor do i have the pack? Ive just got nothing
So I’ve got the same issue, last season I didn’t claim the impossible pick for an arsenal fan between a past, present or future player, I did intend on picking someone on the last day but completely forgot. Now after I’ve logged into the new season nothings there… I find it quite silly from ea if I don’t get one of the players as I spent lots of time grinding and I spent 500k coins to get it
Did either of you check unassigned items, like try to open a pack to see whether you have any?
I’ve got nothing in my unassigned, no new packs and I can open packs completely fine
I'm sorry about that, I don't know what to tell you, except next time be sure to claim all rewards one by one, even if the choice is difficult, or you won't have a choice.

Cocoalfie100 absolute joke isnt it mate. Ive got nothing anywhere in my club. Over a month of grinding and 500k coins down the drain. Absolutely no where on any ea page does it state that rewards MUST be claimed manually or else they will be lost, ive read it all!
same for me, i didn't know if i want to choose leao or the pack, stopped playing and didn't know the new season started today. I don't see either leao in my club or the pack in the my packs section. do we have any chance? :D

I suspect ea are going to be lazy again and do nothing about it since it would actually benefit the players and not themselves, and also considering it’s near the end of the game it would be too much effort for them
