I bought EAFC24 points by mistake.

Hello.

I bought EA FC 24 points by mistake. I bought 24,000 of them on instant-gaming because they were 35€ each 12k. I didn't know that the EAFC points were separated by game, I was overjoyed with the price being so cheap but I should've been careful, of course. Even though, I contacted EA Help so that they could help me. My purchase was on december 28th and, sunday, they said to me that they couldn't help me. I tried today again and they said that they couldn't help me because they stopped having access to the tool that passed eafc 24 points to eafc 25 points on the january 1st. 

Why didn't you try to resolve the question on the same day?

This involves three accounts. The username of this account is rhhz but, normally, I use the username rhikz. I lost the username rhikz a few years ago in fifa 20 but, this year, I faced a cheater on fut draft, I came to the site to see if I was elegible for a draft token. I wasn't and I contacted livechat. They couldn't help me with the situation but the advisor offered to return my old username because I mentioned it. Last year, on EAFC24, I created an account to start an RTG but I never started it because the account got banned due to terms of service in the next day. I didn't do anything, the account was completely empty. No games and the only IP was mine. I tried to get it back but they refused. This year, the same idea and I got back an older account I had with FIFA 18. I then remember to get back the username "rhhz" but it was on the banned account. I tried to get back the username and this time, they overturned the ban. I opened the case on december 22nd and I got the answer on january 3rd. I then proceded to change my username to rhhz and I wanted to solve the situation with no cases pending. I was 4 days late. 

The advisor that talked to me today looked like a robot. I was saying that I already used the codes but she was saying if I mentioned the case's code, they would help me. Of course that I knew that wasn't going to happen but tried anyways. They answered in portuguese but they said that after verification, it seems the code was activated after the purchase, so it's impossible for me to proceed with the refund and to verify the situation with the platform. The advisor sends me to Instant Gaming and Instant Gaming sends me back to EA. 

Any help on this situation?
