I can’t change my team in fc 25

I can not change my team in fc 25, everytime i try it says that it came up an error in communication with football ultimate teams servers. Please try again. This have been a problem for me for almost 5 Days, what should i do?

    squad selector has been working every now and then for me but it still disconnects me from ultimate team
