What causes the terrible one sided delayed gameplay?

I feel like the matches are rigged. Notice some matches my player were in right place & right time. Other matches, the players just standing around and * the dog!!! Frustrating

That's exactly what I feel and see all the time when I watch streamers on twitch 

They are like playing another game

Is it the tactics ? is it the ping ? is it the setup cpu+gpu ?!

The amount of delay on everything my players do is actually unreal, just simple movements feels like 200ms ping it's 18ms.

I'm using players like Rush Messi if I can somehow pull off a roulette it's in slow motion like something a goalkeeper would do.

It's absolutely disgusting and there's nothing I can do because my connections fine.

I actually wouldn't even mind if it was only the player I was controlling was delayed but it's everyone in my team my AI react late or when the ball is past them for god sake.

I watch my opponents AI and they're constantly moving I watch mine and it's like they're standing dead. 

If I'm defending with one player and I 2nd man press with another that player will wake up and maybe make a slight movement but most of the time I'll have a 3rd within a couple of yards to the ball and they'll just stand still with their back towards the ball.

My opponents have 3 or 4 players sprinting at me from every angle, which is actually impossible for me.

I find the best way to describe the different gameplay you can get is to use the analogy of magnets. When you have good gameplay your players are drawn to the ball and lock on easily. The ball is attracted to them. When you have bad gameplay this magnetic force is reversed and your players actively want to move away from the ball in defence. In terms of why this happens, it has to be due to a players internet connection in some way. People with good gameplay obviously have something that allows this responsive gameplay. It’s not to do with internet speed or ping or even stability/blufferboat. It must be down to routing

@CPFC007 The Magnets thing is exactly right. In bad gameplay you can feel something forcing your players away from the ball, every player not moving or at least standing a yard or two off.

And in good gameplay my players feel hyped, defenders are always moving side to side and without any hesitation are straight into the opponents , everything just automatically locks on.

Just like to add in bad gameplay when I go to tackle alot of the time my player will avoid making contact with my opponent, I play Tele cam so it's not like I can't see it.
