I can't access my ultimate team on xbox and it crashes

The game crashes when i try to enter the ultimate team as shown in the video and when i enter the web app it says another device is using the account ( No one has the password and I didn't get hacked )

    This actually worked.

    Create a new squad on Web App, logged out of Web App, logged onto Console and got into UT.

    HOWEVER

    I went into Squad Battles and tried to select and activate my ORIGINAL squad and UT hung and I had to reboot the Xbox.

    Now I am getting the same issue, cannot log into UT on the console.

    Hey @Moka1275 To resolve this issue, you can create a new squad using the web app by choosing different players, tactics, and formations. If you are having trouble logging in, please make sure to fully exit the game on your console (do not just minimize it) or turn off the console entirely. Wait at least 15 minutes before attempting to log in again.

    OK
    Had to delete all my teams and create a brand new one via the Web App.

    Make sure you log out of the web app as well.

    I can now use UT on console.
