I can't access my ultimate team on xbox and it crashes

The game crashes when i try to enter the ultimate team as shown in the video and when i enter the web app it says another device is using the account ( No one has the password and I didn't get hacked...

    This actually worked.

    Create a new squad on Web App, logged out of Web App, logged onto Console and got into UT.

    HOWEVER

    I went into Squad Battles and tried to select and activate my ORIGINAL squad and UT hung and I had to reboot the Xbox.

    Now I am getting the same issue, cannot log into UT on the console.

OK
Had to delete all my teams and create a brand new one via the Web App.

Make sure you log out of the web app as well.

I can now use UT on console.
