EVO AND TRANSFER MARKET PROBLEM

Hello ea sports I have 2 problems to report for starters I have a problem with accessing the   transfer market on the FC companion although I had an other account with the email mailto:[edit: email address removed] that was linked to ps4 and an Xbox series s now I bought a ps5 and because my family wanted to add parental controls to my account (playstation account)I was forced to create a new one with the email of mailto:[edit: email address removed] but I play reguraly and I play games why can't I access it 2) on the companion app I choose to do some sbcs (on Diaby 95 tots in the choose your own adventure iii) and when I opened fc 25 on the ps5 the game crashed and whenever I try to open any sbcs it keeps on crashing thanks for ur time.
