I can't log to FC25 app

When i entering the app i put my email to log on. I should get a code to my email but the code not appear in my email. I tried it couple of times anf nothing.. No code(not in my spam folder too)

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app? After the installation, make sure to add it to the Windows Firewall and antivirus.

    Yes. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I also changed to a different email and I still don't receive any verification code. I'm really helpless. As for adding it to Windows... I use a smartphone.
