I can't use the FC25 Ultimate Team web and mobile transfer market

I can't use the FC25 Ultimate Team web and mobile transfer market. Please check the attached file. I've played more than 5 games every day since September 20th. I've played a total of 100 matches ...

    Hey @JunYenbai,

    Unfortunately we can't give access to the transfer market ourselvess. I can only recommend that you keep playing the game, and it should unlock itself automatically.

Hey @ScavIRL,

I'm just a communitty manager trying to help out on the forums, I'm not exactly able to go into the games and start messing around with the code. But I can let the teams know, thank you.

Hello still no answer here. 

Why is EA paying your salary with the money I use to buy packs if you dont do anything?

They seriously need to replace staff like this, you cost them money for no reason.

    @ScavIRL I've played over 300 games in a month and I still can't use the web transfer market I'm really angry

      Look at your playtime in settings in the game and/or the web app, for me it says i have played like 20 minutes but i have 200 hours in the game.

      I think the market unlocks with play time, and with the playtime not registering correctly the transfer market never unlocks. 

      This incompetent staff at EA need to go.

        @스캐브IRL Even if I play 10 games, it is immediately reset to 0 games.
        It's an incompetent game bug.
