I can't use the FC25 Ultimate Team web and mobile transfer market

I can't use the FC25 Ultimate Team web and mobile transfer market. Please check the attached file. I've played more than 5 games every day since September 20th. I've played a total of 100 matches ...

    Hey @JunYenbai,

    Unfortunately we can't give access to the transfer market ourselvess. I can only recommend that you keep playing the game, and it should unlock itself automatically.

The same thing happened in FC24, its a known bug, but when i told the customer service this they still said "it will unlock automatically, just keep playing games" - i told them i have 200 hours and hundreds of games but they still repeated the same false statement. 

They need to fire their customer service and community managers immediately.

      @ScavIRL Read the whole thread. You can see the guy who opened it thought it was the bug too. So you now know it’s possible.

        Last year it was solved with a patch from the devs. 

        I have hundreds of games, not broken any rules, playtime says ive played 20 minutes, what are you trying to say?
