I can't use the FC25 Ultimate Team web and mobile transfer market

I can't use the FC25 Ultimate Team web and mobile transfer market.
Please check the attached file.
I've played more than 5 games every day since September 20th.
I've played a total of 100 matches until today. (See attached photo)
But I still can't use the transfer market.
Please solve this problem.
I bought more than 2,000 USD of FIFA points for this game.
I'm a good customer.
Please help.

    Hey @JunYenbai,

    Unfortunately we can't give access to the transfer market ourselvess. I can only recommend that you keep playing the game, and it should unlock itself automatically.

    @ScavIRL I never said you are lying. Lying would be actually knowing and spreading false information. I do think you believe it’s the playtime. What I want to show you is despite you believing that you can open the market. I gave you 3 good examples. A large thread from last year saying the same thing. Ea saying it’s not. Someone who dislikes ea opened it this year while having the playtime bug.

    Besides one of us having the code there really is not way of knowing.

    I actually suggested others that open it thinking it was the bug share what they did to open it. I think this will help others. You can see they would rather argue than help though so really I gave you all the info that I can have. It’s up to you to make up your own opinion now that you have more info.

    Ive searched everywhere - there is nothing we can do, it needs to be fixed by EA as it is a bug

    I've also played over 300 games since September 20 in all modes
    However, access to the transfer market is not yet permitted.
    It's clear that there's a bug that resets playtime and number of plays

    you try to buy a 90+ player gold rare card and login web app 2-3 hours later
