I did not get my icon pick

I completed the icon pick SBC 12 hours ago and never received the group reward that is the pick. When I submitted the last squad, it just reset the whole sbc but took the squad I put in, and I never ...

    It's unlikely that they'll be able to do anything - but what I'm trying to figure out if this is an actual bug.  You're the only instance of this issue I've seen so I appreciate you helping!
